SEO Lead_Gurgaon 69 (WFO)

What you'll do :

- You will play a pivotal role in devising and executing strategies to improve the online visibility and organic search performance of our company's digital assets.

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies: Create and execute SEO strategies that align with the company's overall marketing and business objectives. Regularly review and update the strategy based on market trends and algorithm changes.

- Keyword research and analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and search queries. Utilize keyword analysis to guide content creation and optimization efforts.

- On-page and off-page optimization: Oversee the optimization of website content, meta tags, URLs, and other on-page elements. Coordinate off- page SEO efforts, including link building and outreach campaigns.

- Technical SEO management: Work closely with the technical team to ensure that the website is properly crawled, indexed, and optimized for search engines. Address technical SEO issues promptly.

- Monitor and analyze performance: Utilize various SEO tools and analytics platforms to monitor website performance, track keyword rankings, and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, content, design, and development teams to align SEO strategies with broader marketing initiatives.

What we expect you bring to the table:

- 2-4 years experience in leading SEO strategies and achieving significant organic growth for websites

- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices

- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.

- Solid grasp of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO aspects.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Prior experience of working in European market is going to be a plus but is not a must have

- Proficiency in German language will be a plus but is not a must have
