SEO & SEM - Senior Manager

- Lead a team of 2-4 associates

- First principal problem solving, analytical skills, data-driven focused decision making, excellent project management skills

- Define and execute OYO's strategy and execution philosophy for SEO and SEM

- Setup processes to ensure on-page, off-page and technical SEO best practices are implemented and reviewed regularly

- Perform regular site audits to ensure we are using the latest Google search features, and are optimized for the right keywords.

- Analyze performance data and provide intelligent synthesis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on conclusions.

- Conduct recurring weekly and monthly optimization tasks (i.e. keyword ranking, expansion, ad testing, negative keywords, etc.)

- Enable team to perform day-to-day campaign activities for enterprise level Paid Search (PPC) campaigns, including: bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, etc

Preferred Person :

- 4+ years of experience managing search marketing campaigns and budgets at scale

- Proven track record of increasing traffic, improving brand and site visibility within major search engines, and increasing site authority through trusted and natural link building. Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles and excellent project management skills.

- Deep understanding of Google Ads strategies, keyword bidding, and best practices

- Experience with SQL, Python and/or R is a plus

- A strong analytical background with a bias for developing data-driven solution.
