As a Channel Manager, your responsibility will be to manage a defined portfolio of assets on third-party online distribution platforms, including delivery of revenue and profitability targets in near term, as well as develop long-term capabilities. The role requires strong data analytical capabilities, basics of Python and SQL, structured problem solving, flexibility, and a zeal for learning.
Key Deliverables / Responsibilities:
- Management of a portfolio of properties on third-party online distribution channels in international markets, including delivery of Revenue and Profitability targets through timely tactical and strategic interventions
- Understanding / identifying the data points already/ can be captured and converting it into insights/dashboard for improving revenue delivery
- Identifying opportunity areas for performance improvement through a data-backed approach and ongoing interactions with external channel stakeholders
- Building analytical frameworks for long term process improvements and performance enhancements, in conjunction with internal teams
- Collaboration with technology & data science teams to build tools, dashboards & products for effective long-term performance management
- Closely working with respective country teams & performance heads to apply Promotions, Policies and resolve performance-related queries
Skills Required:
- A graduate degree in Engineering from any of the reputed colleges
- Excellent/Advance MS-Excel capabilities and basic/beginner level MS Power-point
- Experience in building dashboards and analyzing data
- Good to have/ Added advantage
- 4 to 6 years of work experience in consulting / finance / e-commerce
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, willingness to learn
- Strong analytical capabilities, including structured problem identification & solving
