Revenue Manager (Tier 1 B.tech College Only)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Problem Solving -
- Owning a portfolio of all Home properties in a zone & understanding the root cause of low revenue
- Identifying the reason for low conversion in the select properties and driving through solving for those issues
- Use the low scoring parameters in the Revenue score to drive score maximisation
Channel Improvement and Utilization :
- OTA - Work along with the central team and field team to improve OTA performance - listing, pricing, content, reviews and campaigns
- Micro-Market - Matchmaking the MM demand with correct homes - kitchen groups, families, through interaction with MMs & TAs
- Understanding new channels to drive demand during off season
- Hyper-local revenue optimization
- Peak Pricing - Understand the local peaks - marriages, local festivals, social gatherings, sports events and give the inputs on price accordingly in advance
- Hyper Local Marketing - Organize local neighborhood campaigns, social events, nurture hotel sales and hyper local network for better demand generation
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborating extensively with all internal stakeholder - Zone Head, Ops Head, TR team
- Working with central teams to work enhancing the revenue - Pricing, OTA, MM Team.
- Working along with the owners to understand and resolve the problems.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
- Fluent communication - both verbal and written, and ability to manage situations
- Data Orientation: Sound understanding of numbers and data and should be able to identify trends, patterns, outliers and deep dive on core issues. Knowledge of R & SQL is a plus
- Demonstrates high ethical values
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure
