Own 1 complete region for ensuring F&amp;B partnerships across all properties of OYO 2. Developing central F&amp;B partnerships 3. Coordinating with and guiding City Heads and BD managers on a daily basis to grow F&amp;B business in their cities 4. Managing the performance of BD Managers objectively, coaching and engaging the team 5. Defining deal structure to ensure most optimal output for OYO 6. Co-ordination and follow up with cross functional teams 7. Own the input business metrics through tracking mechanisms thereby creating a great vendor &amp; customer experience. 8.
