Regional Analyst - IIT BTech graduates only
- Customer Segmentation (behavioral and value based)
- Customer Profiling, Scoring, Customer Equity and Lifetime Value Modeling
- Cross-selling models - product affinity model, propensity to respond, predicted transaction rates, predicted sales value, predicted next purchase
- Models to optimize effectiveness of customer contacts and strategies as well as and service channel preference
- Real-Time Analytics - real-time scoring and offer generation models, assessing customer behavior over time for marketing event triggers to support automated marketing programs
- Optimization Analytics - pricing and promotion optimization models
Experience in one or more of the following areas: marketing, customer insight/analytics
- Excellent knowledge of R,SQL,Excel encompassing data manipulation and statistical modeling/data mining techniques
- A passion for data analytics, including knowledge of key industry trends
- Very strong analytical skills, especially how data can be used in a marketing context to understand and influence customer behaviours
- Ability to innovate and identify new insight opportunities from transactional data sources
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
