We are OYO Vacation Homes, one of the leading vacation rental companies in Europe, and we are active in all segments of our industry: from full-service providers Belvilla, DanCenter, and TUI Ferienhaus to the online marketplace Traum-Ferienwohnungen.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

- Drive the overall strategy of revenue to maintain the right balance of expansion and price for multiple countries

- Devise and execute plans to develop multiple channels and take initiatives to boost demand

- Work with all the demand channel owners to build capabilities and solve any systematic issues

- Develop processes, maintain dashboards in close coordination with the country leaders

- Devise solutions to improve performance keeping local considerations in mind

- Collaborate with all the business teams (OTA, Supply, App, Web and other demand channels) to drive overall occupancy and revenue

- Work with the product and technology teams to institutionalize the initiatives and create a sustainable impact

- Oversee oversee market trends and provide the best solution to increase effective usage of resources, which can help revenue growth.

- Generate solutions based on trends analysis and data insight of all overall revenue channels.

- To be successful in the role you have to challenge the existing processes and need to drive changes for local business effectiveness.

WHO SHOULD JOIN US?

- Passionate about problem solving & strong data based decision making which can ensure efficiency, timeliness and high productivity.

- One should have a unique combination of deep P&L knowledge, profitability analysis skills and ability to think strategically about business.

- 3+ Years of experience in managing complex data, understanding performance metrics and dashboard.

- This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust and interact with all levels of personnel.

- Multitasker, initiator and organized person who has ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously and can set conflicting priorities.

- The ideal candidate should have great cognitive ability which allows him/her to think out of the box and challenge business decisions by giving strong logic.

- Fearless and ready to hit the ground running with a fiery aim to lead the team to success.
