OYO Rooms - Project Manager - Outbound Sales

- Over 4 years of experience in sales and customer relationship management

- Periodic market research for finding different avenues for demand, collecting competitors data and effective data mining for generating prospects

- Works very closely with the China sales team to identify potential leads using internal database

- Handle sales meetings with the potential clients and pitch OYO portfolio to them to generate business for the assigned country

- Work very closely with the technology team to make the booking enquires and payments, seamless for customers

- Manage a team of 4 to 5 members and prepare reports on weekly and monthly sales targets

- Streamlines the process of managing customer grievances
