Key Deliverables: - End to End Construction Budgeting of office spaces - Stakeholder &amp; Client leadership - Solution Leadership &amp; - Thought Leadership Title: Project Manager - Manager Level Reporting to: Geography Lead - West Location: Mumbai Key Responsibilities - Coordination with all relevant team to identify and create task lists. - Create project execution plan identifying task owners and create communication matrix to ensure timely and effective communication. - Create project schedule from concept till completion. - Monitoring, reporting and updating of schedules. - Ensure resource availability for project execution through Resource Planning &amp; Requirement chart identifying the resource requirements like specialized agencies etc. - Ensure timely availability of all materials including timely delivery of directly procured materials through proper planning, timely raising of requisitions allowing for appropriate turnaround time and lead time. - Managing Cost through continuous monitoring at various stages. - Managing Change Identification of changes, evaluation of impacts, seeking requisite approvals and implementation. - Managing Risk through identification, evaluation and mitigation implementation through organized process. Eligibility Criteria (Include information on Preferred Background/experience/qualification etc.) - Post Graduate in Construction Management through NICMAR with minimum 10 years of experience. Or Post Graduate from IVY Leave MBA Schools with 5 - 7 years of experience, Or Graduate in Civil / Architecture with minimum 10 years of experience. - Relevant years of experience in managing corporate interior fit-outs. Hands on experience on MS Project and Project Management systems.
