The Project Manager is responsible for guiding the process between the business owner and our creative team (internal & external - including agencies) from kickoff to completion. As the first touch point for any project, you should clarify all requirements, collect all necessary details and information, initiate projects, assign team tasks, and ensure final projects are delivered successfully and on time. - Manage Creative, Video, and Social projects from inception to completion - Coordinate with different teams to initiate new projects, define objectives, scope and timelines - Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and obtain correct approvals before going live - Gather and disseminate project information among Creative team - Connect with different business owners and understand the urgency of the work and prioritize or deprioritize the work depending on the business impact - Develop detailed project plans to track progress and make it transparent for the relevant team members - Manage resource availability, removing roadblocks as they occur, should be able to provide resolutions quickly - Raise escalations in case of delays and errors using the delay/error form - Promote positive relationships with project owners and creative team - Manage the Creative asset Server including file structure, and final deliverable - Manage all Brand projects and handle outside vendors, agencies or freelancers as and when required - Manage and coordinate financial undertaking, from Purchase Order generation to the final payment for all outside vendors or freelancers
