OYO Rooms is a chain of standardized budget hotels backed by Venture Funding . Our aim is to be the largest chain of standardized budget hotels in India in five year. We currently have around 75 Hotels under our Brand. We have a team of 150 Plus at this moment consisting IIT, Harvard, ISB, IIM Grads and more.
Responsibilities-
- Manage a team of project executives effectively.
- Identify, Plan and Execute Projects in line with OYO standards
- Plan for resources and timelines for assigned properties in line with given budget and time commitments.
- Manage inventory of materials; resolve any issues related to quality and keep a check on utilization to ensure efficient utilization of company resources.
- Work with Operations Head towards continual development of the Property.
- Proactively identify issues, highlight and resolve them systematically.
- Requirements-
- 0-4 years of experience, in Management or Operations.
- Ability to create, develop and execute Projects and Systems from scratch.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to details, and a bias to proactively resolving issues and results-driven.
- Proficiency in using email, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
