Role - Head Supply/Program Manager

Overview: We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented leader to spearhead our Central Supply function, focusing on expanding our portfolio of hotels across US, UK and Latin America for OYO's International Team. This role involves leading a team to collaborate closely with country teams to drive the acquisition and onboarding of new hotels, ensuring alignment with OYO's Brand standards and overall growth objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of leadership, project management, and financial acumen to help steer the Countries through its growth trajectory. Ability to cohesively build relationships and drive teams to action will be key for this role.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

- Develop and execute a robust strategy to expand the hotel portfolio in alignment with OYO's growth objectives.

- Collaborate with country teams to establish country-specific acquisition and onboarding strategies.

- Drive new ideas to unlock supply - deals and marketing

- Work with ground for better conversion - understand problems, create opportunities, brainstorm with leadership

Partnership & Collaboration:

- Work closely with country leaders to identify potential hotel partners and negotiate agreements.

- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to streamline the onboarding process and ensure adherence to OYO standards.

Acquisition & Onboarding:

- Lead efforts to identify, evaluate, and onboard hotels that fit OYO's criteria and brand standards.

- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hotel partners.

- Lead the Brand Design Team to create relevant Marketing Collaterals for acquisition

- Work with ground for better conversion - understand problems, create opportunities, brainstorm with leadership

Performance Monitoring:

- Develop and implement metrics to track the performance of hotel acquisitions and onboarding processes.

- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive efficiency in the expansion process.

- Perform daily functions such as program scheduling and planning, monitoring and status reporting against planned deliverables, milestones, resource and program tracking

- Drive new initiatives/processes to improve BD productivity and efficiency: improve BDM workflow, monitor inputs, reporting and performance management

Partner Marketing:

- Work with Partner Marketing Head to create and execute marketing campaigns tailored to attract and engage potential hotel partners, highlighting the value proposition of our brand and services.

- Utilize various marketing channels and tactics to maximize partner reach and effectiveness.

Team Leadership:

- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the Central Excellence Supply Team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence

Training & Support:

- Provide guidance and support to country teams regarding best practices for hotel acquisition and onboarding.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop training materials and resources for seamless execution.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

- Ensure that all onboarded hotels comply with OYO's quality standards and operational requirements.

- Implement quality assurance processes and conduct regular audits to maintain consistency.

Requirements:

- MBA (master's degree in business administration) from a premier institution

- 3 to 10 years of experience preferably in Consulting and Operations

- Proven track record of successfully leading large projects, managing a Teams and working with cross functional teams

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize processes.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

- Flexibility to travel as needed to support country teams and engage with potential hotel partners.
