Job Description:

OYO is seeking a Program Manager to join our Global Program Management Office (GPMO) team. This role is integral to our mission of driving cross functional projects and initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of P&L ownership, strong analytical skills, and experience working with leadership and CXOs. If you have a background in consulting, hold an MBA from a Tier 1 institute, and are proficient in SQL, advanced Excel, and financial modelling, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cross Functional Projects: Lead and drive cross functional projects that have a significant impact on OYO's business and global growth. Collaborate with teams from various functions to ensure project success.

- Work with Leadership/CXOs: Interact closely with OYO's leadership team and CXOs, providing project updates, insights, and recommendations. Act as a strategic partner to ensure project alignment with the company's objectives.

- P&L Ownership: Demonstrate a strong understanding of P&L ownership and management. Evaluate financial data, assess profitability, and make data driven recommendations to improve the company's financial performance.

- Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Take ownership of M&A activities, including due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger performance tracking.

- Profitability Impact: Understand how to drive and execute strategic projects that directly impact profitability metrics.

- Strong Analytical Skills: Utilize your analytical skills to generate actionable insights and drive data backed decision-making processes within the GPMO team.

- Technical Proficiency: Leverage your proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel to access, analyse, and manipulate data, facilitating efficient project management and decision support.

- Financial Modelling: Create and maintain financial models to support business initiatives, ensuring accurate financial forecasting and planning.

- Consulting Background: Leverage your consulting background to bring in best practices, structured problem-solving methodologies, and strategic thinking to the GPMO team's projects.

Qualifications:

- Graduate / MBA from a Tier 1 institute.

- Consulting background preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Financial modelling experience

- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel.
