Program Manager

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team.

- As a Program Manager, you will play a strategic consulting role, overseeing and managing multiple projects around each and every line item of the organization's Profit and Loss (P&L).

- You will be responsible for collaborating with different stakeholders, ensuring effective project delivery, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Job Location - Gurgaon sec 69 & Work from office

Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

- Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather requirements and align project goals.

- Develop and maintain program plans, including schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

- Mitigate risks and resolve issues that arise during project execution.

- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.

- Foster collaboration and communication among project teams and stakeholders.

- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to achieve program objectives.

- Conduct project reviews to assess performance and implement improvements.

- Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring their success.

- Stay current with industry best practices and contribute to process enhancements.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role.

- Strong stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Problem-solving mindset and ability to make sound decisions.
