Job Description:

- Understand the existing processes end to end and map it with the guest journey.

- Identify scope for improvement, prioritize based on the impact and drive execution on improvements front from Content, Process & Tech point of view.

- Should have high level of guest empathy and should think with a guest first mindset.

- Engage with cross functional stakeholders to drive results, should be able to influence without authority..

- Work in a multicultural team setup with teams spread across Europe & India

- Data based decision making.
