Performance Manager
The Performance Manager will be a part of our International OTA team driving end-to-end management and revenue of their category. The ideal candidate will have around 2-4 years of start-up or e-commerce experience, however similar background from different industries will also be considered.
International Revenue -
- Closely monitor all international countries and devise solutions country wise to improve performance and revpar
- Devise and execute plans to develop multiple channels across countries and take initiatives to boost demand
- Develop Processes and Dashboards and work closely with revenue heads in each country and country heads
- Monitor property level performance and look at issues property wise and execute plans keeping in mind local considerations
Project Leader:
- Leading and working on multiple projects or work streams
- Ownership of all revenue metrics associated with the project
- Working with the product and technology teams to institutionalize the initiatives and create a sustainable impact
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborating extensively with all internal (BD, Operations, Finance, Technology, HR, etc. - India and International) and external stakeholders for flawless execution
Data Orientation:
- Sound understanding of numbers and data
- Identifying trends, patterns, outliers and deep dive on core issues
- Use Data and solid Why Why Analysis to improve the process parameters
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have minimum 2 years of experience as a category manager or in a similar profile
- Must have strong research and data analytical skills
- Fluent communication - both verbal and written, and ability to manage situations
- Demonstrates high ethical values
- Experience in executing projects
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure
