This role is for a Performance manager position in the international OTA team for OYO and the candidate will be required to drive the performance of a particular zone/ region/country on the Online Travel agencies. We are looking to hire smart and driven candidates with analytical framework and past experience of cross functional roles. - Responsible for an international zone's growth and revenue based on company goals - Owner of the zone/category's performance on OTAs and to drive time-bound impact and results - Analyse key performance drivers, raise the flags to concerned departments and ensure the metrics are achieved on timely basis - Drive deliverable by working cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders - Comfortable with large data sets and able to drive meaningful insights from data
