Job Description : Revenue : - Closely monitor all Countries and devise solutions to improve performance and gross revenue - Devise and execute plans to develop multiple channels and take initiatives to boost demand - Develop Processes and Dashboards and work closely with revenue and pricing team - Monitor asset-level performance and look at issues asset wise and execute plans keeping in mind local considerations Data Orientation : - Sound understanding of numbers and data - Identifying trends, patterns, outliers and deep dive on core issues - Use Data and solid Why Why Analysis to improve the process parameters Stakeholder Management : - Collaborating with all internal (Supply, Operations, Finance, Technology, HR, etc. ) and external stakeholders for flawless execution Skills Needed : - Analytical background with a strong emphasis on analyzing large data sets with time as a variable. (Tier 1 Engineering / Management degree ) - Planning and executing new initiatives backed by data analysis and sound logic - Fluent communication - both verbal and written, and ability to persuade distributed teams - 3+ years of experience - Strong research and data analytical skills - Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle the pressure
