- Own the cost of F&B operations
- Prepare a plan for reduction of cost by 25%
- Be the interface between F&B & Tech
- Build an AOP for tech improvements over the next year and implement all projects
- Solution of all tech issues being faced by the BU.
- Build supply chain management module around delivery kitchens for raw material procurement and packaging procurement.
- Product management - develop packaging products suitable to handle food being served and also own content generation for kitchen listings
