National Campaign Manager 1. Problem Solving : - Driving App DAU both at National and City level - Drive repeat user URN through user level schemes e.g. seasonal sales, flash sales, category sales. - Optimise campaign performance on an ongoing basis. 2. Data Orientation : - Excellent at number crunching and data analysis - Identifying trends, patterns, outliers and deep dive on core issues - Design experiments and run A/B tests to improve existing campaigns / processes. - Hands on knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel. Knowledge of R and SQL is a plus. 3. Stakeholder Management : - Preparing and executing monthly CRM calendar through extensive collaboration with internal stakeholders i.e Regional teams, Revenue, Tech, Category Heads, other growth team members - Work on cross functional projects, resolve issues and improve repeat user revenue. 4. Skills Needed : - First Principle thinking - Fluent communication - both verbal and written, and ability to manage situations - Strong research and data analytical skills
