Key Responsibilities : Job Title - National Business Development Head Department - Supply Reporting to National Business Head - Responsible for end to end business development - ensuring meeting room signing and live targets for the business - Responsible for P&L and market share driven growth decision - Deciding which lead channels to use centrally and in different regions to maintain a healthy pipeline - Building and leading the business development team through efficient performance management systems like review meetings, performance monitoring and discussion etc. - Undertaking training and mentoring the team to deliver the best results People Responsibilities - Leading a team of highly motivated and experienced Business Development Managers Key Performance Indicators - 100% of Productive Team Members - Number of Sellable Rooms Signed month on month - Number of Sellable Rooms made live month on month - Gross margin derived from the properties signed Factors Influencing Hiring Decision Experience - 7+ years of relevant experience in sales and business development - Experience in early-stage startup environment and inherent hustle factor would be an advantage - Prior experience in leading a team - Strong business acumen in a must - Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams - Focused and possess sales mindset - Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground situations and partner relationships - Demonstrates high ethical value Stake Holder Interaction/Management Internal - Regional Head/Hub Head, Ops Team, TR Team, Central Teams External - Property Owners, Real Estate Brokers
