This role will be a part of the central marketing team, making an offline marketing plan and ensuring executions. - Identify new user segments for OYO & create user acquisition strategy for the same - Identify relevant partners for the specific micro segment and lead the deal closure (create a proposal, negotiation & execution) - Work directly with media houses to identify media buying opportunities in accordance with the business objectives - Create ROI driven media plans for micro segment campaigns - POC for Media agency of OYO offline campaigns - Lead barter deals: identify opportunities, deal negotiation & execution - Content integration & Co-promotion deals - Explore opportunities with production houses & movie marketing agencies Requirements - 2-4 years of experience in media planning or B2B business development role - Personal leadership - the ability to take quick decisions and manage multiple tasks at a time - Prior experience in managing agencies & vendors - Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and vendor management skills - Ability to work in a fast pace environment and to perform under pressure & uncertainty - Strong analytical skills with data-driven thinking - Excel and PPT knowledge
