Role & Responsibilities
- Own marketing activations (ATL and BTL) - planning and execution in 5-7 cities at a time
- Oversee complete execution of planned campaign right from material development to on ground co-ordination
- Build and manage a team of 2-4 marketing associates to deliver marketing activities
- Plan and execute ATL based on city insights in alignment with city teams; Plan BTL activities and own execution through vendors
- Evaluate and evolve the ATL/BTL promotional activities in line with company strategy
- Manage relationships with mar-comm agencies, event coordinators and other relevant vendors for implementation of agreed communication strategies
- Prepare and manage marketing plans and budgets
- Train and work closely with marketing associates
- Track metrics for campaign success for all marketing programs and promotional activities and derive insights represented by way of reports
- Build a network of localised marketing vendors in every city under purview
- Maintain vendor statements and records, coordinate with finance on vendor related and payment processes

- Prior experience in managing full scale activations in min. 4-5 cities at a time

- Open to doing extensive field work and open to travel - Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and vendor management skills
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and to perform under pressure
- Excel and ppt knowledge
Qualifications
- Post graduate with 5-8 years experience in marketing activations or marketing communication roles at a region/ national level - Prior experience in telecom or startup is preferable
