OYO Rooms - Marketing/CRM Associate

- Design, configure, project manage, optimize and execute multiple complex campaigns

- Develop and execute growth strategies for certain target geographies

- Complete ownership of driving revenue for particular geographies by leveraging through online channel

- Understand user funnels and identify opportunity for improvement, and suggest best practices that can be leveraged across the team

- Empathy and ability to understand user psyche and design engagement around that

- Strong command and proficiency in SQL, R / Python (Mandatory Requirement)

- Ability to understand and visualize product and marketing funnels
