Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing multiple requisitions across levels for multiple stakeholders.
- Hands on experience into end to end recruitment with expertise into sourcing through different medium (job portals. social media and alternate source).
- Experience in partnering and managing stakeholders.
- Clear understanding of market / competitor mapping capabilities.
- Have prior experience of managing a team of 2-5 team members
- Experience & ability to lead and coach junior team members.
- Experience in team management.
- Should be able to drive operations at team level and contribute to larger organizational goals.
Job Specification:
An MBA having 5+ years of experience in recruitment. Should understand end to end talent acquisition cycle. Strong team management skills. Should be adept at managing both internal and external stakeholders.
