What will you do at OYO ? - Determine and take full ownership of the churn management process for the hotel partners, ensuring the maximum possible rooms are available for sale to guests - Design strategic initiatives for the winback of properties that have churned and for ensuring prevention of any future churn - Establish tools for churn tracking, trend identification and develop the processes for addressing the properties impacted by the churn - Develop a deep understanding of our target customer (the Hoteliers), sharing insights and recommendations across the entire value chain of the business. - Collaborate with Senior Management of respective country(s) to ensure that the business succeeds, and becomes an - employer-of-choice- for the best talent in the market What you will bring to OYO ? - Strong analytics driven problem solving mindset and Business acumen coupled with effective Stakeholder Management - Educated to Master level, with a strong academic record - Proven ability to work with cross functional teams - Customer obsession - Person who puts Customer First and willing to come up with Innovative solutions to ensure great experience for our Hotel Partners
