- This role is for OYO Vacation Homes, one of the leading vacation rental companies in Europe, and we are active in all segments of our industry; from full service providers Belvilla and DanCenter to the online marketplace Traum-Ferienwohnungen. Our aim is to create happiness and bright unforgettable memories for our guests, homeowners and partners.

Responsibilities :

- Handle monthly budgets of 500 $K+ across 10+ accounts

- Manage search ads in 7-8 European languages beyond English

- Deliver a targeted ROAS across our campaigns.

- Maintain a daily rigour on performance and adjust bids, audience ,ad copies, spends etc accordingly

- Identify and scale underperforming accounts

- Drive daily keywords insights from competition and adjust campaigns accordingly

- Understand seasonality trends and adjust campaigns accordingly

- Understand technical/ pixel/ data related issues and fix them

- Ensure 95%+ share on brand searches.

- Ensure zero hijacking by affiliates/ competitors on branded keywords

- Partner with Engg to build Property feeds and run Retargeting Ads (Facebook, Criteo, RTB, Others)

- Collaborate cross functionally to drive initiatives that can help drive conversion rate for your SEM campaign

Requirement :

- Candidate with B. Tech/MBA in any stream with 2-4 years of experience in management of Google Ads Search campaigns

- Good to have understanding of Retargeting Ads (Facebook, Criteo, RTB, Others)

- Go-getter attitude with high on ownership and ability to deliver results under pressure and within deadlines

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficient in business and technical writing

- Capable of working in complex environment and multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
