Labour Law Adherence :

- Accountable for Adhering to the compliance of labour law legislation

- Obtaining licenses under the labour law such as Shops & Establishments Registration, PF Registration, ESIC Code/Sub-Codes, PT Registrations or any such licenses that are supposed to be obtained under various labour legislation in India

- Attend to notices issued by the statutory authorities from time to time and execute to closure of the notices

- Update the stake holders on the amendments or changes that take effect under various labour laws

- Ensure each registered work location has all the necessary legal requirements to run the business operations

- Maintain and update the registers under various labour laws in each registered work location

Payroll Compliance :

- Adhere to all the applicable payroll law acts and not limiting to the below

- Ensure payments under PF, ESIC, LWF & PT

- Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Yearly returns under various applicable statutory labour legislations

- Ensure maintenance of registers as per the desired forms under different state labour legislations
