Role: 

The role is to provide amazing & shape best in industry user experiences by improving quality of our online products. You will help shape the overall online user experience and be an integral part of the product team. You help shape the vision for content and drive product narratives & communications across multiple platforms, across geographies. As a Consumer Experience Expert you have a portfolio that ensures Customer delight, by enhancing and simplifying the online user experience (incl. content, design feedback and user journeys)

Responsibilities : 

- End to end owner of the online user experience encompassing design, content & competition benchmarking

- Ensure user experience & product consistency across platforms & geographies

- Work closely with the product managers to ensure best in class user experience being provided by our products & features.

- Conduct competitive analyses of other apps/websites operating in the same space

- Participate in creating a content development strategy.

- Conduct usability tests & create a report showcasing the findings
 
Skills & Requisites :

- Good understanding of customers needs & aspirations across geographies

- Good understanding of online industry & user behaviors

- Prior experience of working in e-comm or b2c setups.

- Ability to manage multiple projects at once

- Experience with UX writing for b2c/ecomm services or products

- Experience working on user research and analyzing customer feedback
