JD of Community Manager for Oyo Living : 1. Drive Business / P&L Responsibility for the OYO Living properties: - Responsible for P&L business assigned to him also manage revenue, sellable inventory - Show around of the property to the guests and closure to generate business - Ensure quality standards to promote repeat business. - Take responsibility for the business performance of each property. 2. People Management : - Conducting Customer Delight Activities as a part of community engagement - Train facility manager to ensure best GX in the property - Manage relations with owners to ensure transformation changes needed on operational basis - Customer Retention and Relationship building. 3. Operations Focused : - Drive profitability through streamlined operations, revenue and seamless guest experience. - Check regular stock levels & order supplies as needed. - Ensure all OYO Operational Procedures are followed strictly & promote these. - Plan for emergency situations & dealing these with minimal cost impact- Water, Electricity, Staff Shortage, Laundry Unavailability, Shifting etc. Fluent in English and regional language. Eligibility : - Ops experience in startups, real estate, pharmaceutical, and logistics preferred - Ready to travel and willingness to work on field. - Min 1-3 years of experience in Operations.
