Job Role/Responsibilities: 1. Plan and manage processes to deliver data-driven insights by defining methodology, data collection, data analysis, market VoC, and providing recommendations to business stakeholders 2. Strong project management skills to ensure timely completion of internal projects 3. Work cross functionally with peers/colleagues to communicate in business terms the value and results of analytics and decision science solutions 4. Partner with internal stakeholders to design revenue/occupancy enhancement projects,campaign RoI maximisation and optimisation of conversion funnel 5. Develop reports and metrics to drive channel occupancy and revenue 6. Lead a team of analysts and MIS executives to deliver team targets 7. Link analytics and insights to ongoing strategic initiatives Preferred Qualifications 1. Robust quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and good business acumen 2. Strong communicator with experience in facilitation across all levels; skilled at addressing both large and small audiences across multiple leadership levels and functions 3. Excellent English writing skills; able to produce and finalize complex documents 4. Track record of delivering big results in high paced and highly ambiguous work environment 5. At least 3-4 years of experience in the field of data sciences or marketing analytics 6. People management experience 7. Understanding of statistical modeling (Regression, Clustering, Decision trees), algorithms, data mining concepts, programming skills in relevant languages, including R, Python, SQL
