As a Growth Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for driving the performance of various digital campaigns across different channels and platforms to increase traffic to our partner hotels/Vacation homes. With a strong technical background and proven expertise in growth strategies, you will optimize our online presence, manage listings, and drive traffic to our website.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Optimization and Analysis:
- Monitor and analyse the performance of digital campaigns, including paid search, UAC, display, CRM, Affiliates and other digital channels.
- Identify new opportunities for campaign improvement, targeting, and audience segmentation based on data insights.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign performance and ROI
- Monitor test results and recommend improvements based on data outcomes.
- Set up Conversion Tracking and attribution
Data Management and Reporting:
- Monitor website and paid channels conversion rates and recommend new ideas for improvement
- Track and analyse campaign and channel level data to share insights for business growth
- Develop regular reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance to management and other stake holders
Optimizing Listing Content :
- Analyze and enhance the content of our listings, ensuring they are up-to-date, attractive, and compelling to potential guests.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to continually improve content performance.
Affiliates and Partnerships :
- Collaborate with the 3rd party affiliates and drive new partnerships to increase the top of the funnel traffic
- It also includes local and offline partnerships to reach new segment of users
SEO :
- Own the Organic Growth & SEO strategies and traffic goals and build the roadmap and processes to do so
- Leverage technical expertise to implement SEO strategies, schema markup, and structured data to enhance our online presence. It includes aspects such as Backlinking, 404 error, -Keywords and other aspects of SEO.
- Implement and maintain technical solutions to drive traffic, such as web performance optimizations such as page speed.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in growth marketing role
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with the travel and hospitality industry is a plus
- Experience in start up is a plus
- Prior team handling experience is mandatory.
