Job Description :
Position Summary: As the Lead for top of the funnel, you will be responsible for driving increased traffic to our partner hotels by managing key aspects of our direct channels. With a strong technical background and proven expertise in growth strategies, you will optimize our online presence, manage listings, and drive traffic to our website and call center.
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing Google/Apple/Other Meta Listings:
a. Oversee and optimize our presence on search engines (Google), app stores (Apple, Google Play), Google My Business and other relevant meta platforms.
b. Ensure that our listings are well-optimized, user-friendly, and rank prominently to drive higher visibility and engagement.
- Driving Traffic Through Website and Call Center:
a. Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic to our website and call center, focusing on both organic and paid channels.
- Optimizing Listing Content:
a. Analyze and enhance the content of our listings, ensuring they are up-to-date, attractive, and compelling to potential guests.
b. Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to continually improve content performance.
- Understanding Key Levers for Higher Share of Impressions and CTR:
a. Utilize data analytics and market insights to understand the key factors that influence our share of impressions and CTR
b. Develop and implement strategies to increase our share of impressions, improving our visibility and click-through rates.
- Technical Inputs:
a. Leverage technical expertise to implement SEO strategies, schema markup, and structured data to enhance our online presence. It includes aspects such as Backlinking, 404 error, Keywords and other aspects of SEO.
b. Implement and maintain technical solutions to drive traffic, such as web performance optimizations such as page speed.
- Affiliates and Partnerships:
a. Collaborate with the 3rd party affiliates and drive new partnerships to increase the top of the funnel
b. It also includes local and offline partnerships to reach new segment of users
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
a. Regularly analyze data related to website and call center traffic, conversion rates, and meta platform performance.
b. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our direct channel growth.
- Collaborate with vendors:
a. Collaborate with partners such as Google, Tripadvisor, Yext, Apple etc
Key KPIs:
- Impressions/DAU from Meta listings
- DAU from App and Website and Calls on Call centre
- Paid vs Organic DAUs
- App Installs
- Metrics of strategic projects (eg. OYO Loyalty program)
- Prior team handling experience must required.
