Key responsibilities : The position will drive the execution of all lifecycle processes for products in the portfolio, including requirements gathering, competitive analysis, project planning, and product launch. The key responsibilities will be to: - Manage the various transformation projects and initiatives within the digital HR vertical. - Evaluate business needs and identify the right solutions fit for the organization. - Analyze emerging market trends and potential solutions from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective. - Create product plans that describe the business case, product capabilities, and target impact. - Execute the product roadmap and gather insights and feedback from the end customer. - Analyze the success of various HR platforms. Identify and implement initiatives to drive adoption across the products managed. - Collaborate and partner with the external and internal teams on new developments. - Implement and manage continuous enhancements in the product portfolio. - Evaluate new ideas and projects to enhance the digital HR landscape across the organization. Desired skills: - Knowledge of various digital HR technologies and leading tools and automations - Prior experience in product management or product-facing roles. - Ability to influence and manage cross-vertical stakeholders - Effective project management and execution skills - Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment
