OYO Rooms - Lead - CRM

The candidate will be responsible for End-to-end CRM management across email, push notification, SMS and Whatsapp for OYO Vacations homes, a holiday home rental business based out of Europe. The key responsibilities will include creating a CRM calendar plan, content ideation, management of campaigns on Moengage, tracking of campaigns, coordination with stakeholders to get feedback, and overall owning the revenue delivery from the CRM channel.

Skills required :

- Candidate should have at least 6 to 7 years of experience in email marketing

- Candidate should be well versed with using Moengage platform for managing CRM campaigns

- Candidate should be have good analytical and problem solving skills

- This is role will require candidate to be creative and be able to manage multiple priorities

- Prior experience of working in European market is going to be a plus but is not a must have

- Proficiency in German language will be a plus but is not a must have
