This role provides Payroll support for the SEA/ME/US region. This is the IC role. Responsibilities: - Payroll processing for Global countries. - Work on different ERP platforms like Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc. - Handle employee queries regarding Payroll, benefits & HR Ops. - Handle escalations from stakeholders on issues related to Payroll. - Handle short-term and long-term projects related to Payroll. - Responsible for Leave &amp; Attendance system for all related purposes. - Work with all respective stakeholders on Payroll &amp; HR Ops for better coordination. - Preparation of SOPs, Guidelines, and checklists for all payroll-related processes. - Ensure 100% Accuracy &amp; TAT of Payroll Processing. - Work with Global Payroll teams on Projects related to Payroll &amp; HR Ops. - Vendor Management with all Payroll &amp; related vendors. - Work with Audit &amp; Compliance team on 100% adherence on all Statutory matters. Requirements: IC role - At least 05-10 years of previous experience in managing Global Payroll deliveries. - The candidate will prior experience in handling SEA Payroll &amp; Global HR Ops will be preferred. - Proven ability to appropriately handle sensitive information required. Must have a high degree of accuracy and a customer-service approach. Must demonstrate a knack for navigating in an ambiguous environment. MS Office proficiency required. - Fluency in English (spoken and written) Positions - 2 (3-5 years work ex) &amp; (5-10 years work ex)
