1. Proven Sales Leader with clear focus to drive daily, weekly and Monthly Offline GMV numbers on a sustainable basis. 2. Manage end to end P&L for the hub. 3. Drive the offline channels and close liaising with the online team and ensure meeting of the URN (Used Room Nights) targets. 4. Responsible for managing operations (Quality of service & escalations) in the marketplace and ensuring high quality of customer experience. 5. Building sustainable demand channels from a long term perspective. 6. Ability to hire and manage a team of high key Resources. 7. Responsible for meeting the supply/acquisition targets and identifying new supply/acquisition avenues. 8. Creating new processes to improve operational efficiencies.
