Core Responsibilities :

Compensation Administration :

- Accountable for Adhering to the Annual Operating Plan on the People Costs pertaining to Payroll and Administer Payroll Management

- Execute holistic payroll process - payroll input management, taxation, payroll statutory compliance

- Advise management on the challenges, new improvements required in the process

- Safeguard organisation interest by adhering to all the statute laws pertaining to payroll

- Empower team members in the entire organisation on the latest amendments in tax rules, statutory compliance rules and any other information pertaining to payroll

- Adhere to the rules of the payroll process and ensure all the stake holders respect the rules of the process

- Detailed analytic on the payroll - input management, execution, payout, deductions

- Periodic tally of the payroll process and re-conciliation of the payments

- Benchmark compensation trends in industry and help HR in strategising the pay structure

- Periodic reporting on payroll metrices

Payroll Law Compliance

- Adhere to all the applicable payroll law acts not limiting to the below

- Ensure payments under various labour legislations

- Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Yearly returns under various applicable statutory labour legislations

- Ensure maintenance of registers as per the desired forms under different state labour legislations

CXO Payroll Management

- Ensure high level of excellency in the CXO Payroll Management - Periodic review and updation to the senior management
