1. Own the mid-year and annual performance review process
2. Own & facilitate career development and career progression discussions
3. Drive IJP process and the movements around it
4. Own intelligence around people performance & growth
5. Validate and propose nominations to Learning academies
6. Ably identify hi-potential employees and own their development within the organization
7. Ably assist the Hub leadership on mid-year promotions and corrections
8. Own people performance metrics and parameters
9. Talent Pipeline Development - identify key talent pools and create development plans
10. Build succession planning and maintain healthy talent pipelines to meet current and future needs.

Skills & Qualifications :
1. 3-7 years similar experience in a service industry.
2. Relevant academic qualification in Human Resource Management discipline from Tier 1B School institutes
3. Strong analytical and organization skills, able to work independently and manage multiple projects
4. In-depth knowledge of complete employee life cycle
5. Able to travel, as appropriate
6. Abreast of key HR trends, tools, benchmarks in the industry
