Human Resources Business Partner - Corporate, Technology, Corporate Function
What you will be doing:
- Collaborate with senior leaders and their respective teams to drive and implement a wide range of HR initiatives on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, skills assessment and employee development plans.
- Review and analyse business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements.
- Lead annual and mid-year compensation cycles for the function including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-levelling.
- Coach senior leadership / managers to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues and coach select employees as needed in complex situations.
- Work closely with the talent acquisition team on ensuring delivery within timelines.
What are we looking for:
- Strong leadership engagement and stakeholder management are key skills for success in this position.
- 4 + years of relevant experience post MBA in HRBP roles for tech/product/Corporate functions
- Self-starter and result oriented and comfortable when dealing with ambiguity.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking and analysis.
- Ability to influence and partner across different levels of the organization to achieve results.
- Experience working in a high-tech, entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities.
