Job Description:
- Responsible for end-to-end business partnering
- Driving the learning & development agenda for OYO
- Creating a high-performance culture within these business units, by driving strong PMS processes, performance-based R&R, Career progression for emp
- Engaging with both on-roll & off-roll employees/staff on a regular basis, and managing processes/issues around discipline and sanctions, PIP, terminations, confirmations etc.
- Working closely with business to understand and mitigate the challenges and opportunities to enhance employee productivity and building a healthy organizational culture
- Leading the employee engagement agenda creating & driving the annual engagement calendar, administrating and action planning on the engagement survey
- Building a strong talent pipeline for critical roles, aligning all recruitment & talent management efforts with data analysis like attrition analysis, productivity analysis etc.
- Exit management: exit interviews and timely F&F settlement
- Responsible for overseeing recruitment for OYO Flagship and Townhouse range of hotels.
