- Coordinate with BD function of all business verticals to manage and execute respective training plan. - Plan and execute Induction programs for all new employees. - Manage execution of ongoing training programme to improve performance and optimise on the potential of our customer facing employees - Contribute to functional training design and regularly provide feedback on various content supplied as part of training deck. - Travel to various HUB locations for ensuring training adherance. - Provide on field training / Coaching support to BD employees as part of handholding and performance improvement. - Liason with various functional stakeholder to build training as a brand in the assigned region. - Works closely with the Regional Managers to ensure thorough implementation and evaluation of the training programmes - Maintain all training records and ensure all training MIS are updated on a ongoing basis
