Oyo Rooms- Head - Online Travel Aggregator Team OTA Head- OTA Team This role is for an OTA Head (Online Travel Aggregator) position in the international OTA team for OYO and the candidate will be required to drive the performance of a particular region/country on the Online Travel agencies. - Responsible for an international zone's growth and revenue based on company goals - Responsible for managing stakeholder relationship with Finance, tech, Country Heads and Revenue team - Responsible for meeting defined targets for the channel in each country. Will be the go-to person for all kind of queries and ownership for country specific initiatives. - Job would require travel to country locations, meeting external partners to increase business - Owner of the zone/category's performance on OTAs and to drive time-bound impact and results - Drive deliverable by working cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders Key Skills : 1. 5-6 years of relevant experience in Stakeholder Management and leadership handling. 2. General Management/Consulting experience is a plus 3. Excellent Analytical skills, excellent with numbers. Bring in Operational Efficiencies, take new initiatives for automation. 4. Worked cross functionally 5. Fluent communication and ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders 6. Must be good in work planning and prioritization. 7. Good in coordination with clients and internal teams 8. Comfortable with large data sets and able to drive meaningful insights from data
