The incumbent would be responsible for Heading HR Function in Nepal for OYO Rooms: 1. Be the people advisor and lead the business partners 2. Work with the business on the short, mid and long term HR strategies as part of the AOP process 3. Build and implement a culture of passion, ownership and best HR practices across the region 4. Provide coaching to business leaders and functional heads on an ongoing basis on leadership, people management, motivating and engaging teams 5. Consistently engage with business partners to identify and resolve structural and functional anomalies 6. Conduct regular reviews on people strategy, talent management with the stakeholders
