Profile Overview:

- The person in this position will have the responsibility of defining, implementing and maintaining a performance management program for the front line employees and leaders across Self-operated Business. This position will support the evolution of a progressive Performance Assessment philosophy.

- We are looking for a forward thinking contributor able to inform and make recommendations relevant to the company's Total Rewards strategy globally, will initially be an Individual Contributor working in a matrixed fashion with all collaborative functions.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

1. Identify key business metrics and define objective key results (OKRs) for staff basis the defined metrics

2. Own Business Goals like Top-line, Guest Experience, Contribution Margin and EBIDTA

3. Work closely with key stakeholders like Hub Heads, City Heads, Service Heads and other business leaders to ensure achievement against the defined OKRs

4. Building a coherent and consistent communication campaign including aids for employees, managers and collaborative stakeholders such as Business HR Partners

5. Providing ongoing oversight and support to ensure that performance measures are being used to effectively manage operations, identify and manage risks, and effect organizational change

6. Analyze the impact of performance interventions and reports on measurement result

7. Build/Induct Technology to enable effective performance measurement

8. Create a mechanism of rewards and penalties to drive business performance including incentive programs as well as performance improvements etc.

9. Provide training to all levels of collaborating functions on performance management and systems.

10. Determine methods to address current and future conditions, including retention management and career development.

11. Define and develop a strong pay for performance (P4P) program

12. Partner with Technologies to design and implement the platforms to deploy performance management programs

13. Review & enhance the key deliverable, measures and indicators for these metrics, determine the approach to summarize metrics and build systems to communicate metrics and overall performance to front-line

14. Ensure strong coaching tools exist across operations processes to enable operations leaders to understand and drive the performance of front-line employees

Qualifications:

- Preferred candidate - Engineer with about 6-8 years of operations experience or Engineering and MBA with 4 - 6 years of consulting experience

- Should have done operations in a people intensive organization

- Direct experience of developing, implementing or evaluating performance management system is a plus

- Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Gather, assemble, correlate, evaluate, and complex data.

- Demonstrated strategic thought leadership; ability to assess business objectives / strategies and define appropriate performance management and measurement system
