Job Description and Responsibility -
The person will be responsible for holding the Hotel Supply target at City level, for OYO Self Operated Business, which would entail:
- Managing a team of Business Development Managers in the city.
- Sourcing leads, negotiating with hotel owners and getting them on-boarded.
- Presenting the deals to internal stakeholders (finance/ legal/ operations) and getting them approved.
- Coordinating with Transformation teams in ensuring timely Go-Live of properties.
- Identify new business fields and improve existing ones by analyzing future trends and drivers.
- Propose market entry or business improvement strategies based on supporting business case.
- Lead innovation activities, develop and prioritize new ideas, drive innovation ideas through process
Essential Experience and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in business development/sales
- Outstanding BD skills and market development capabilities. Love BD work with passion.
- Experience in handling corporate and on ground teams.
- Keen sense and deep insights of local markets are a plus
- Experienced and confident working with Sr. Stakeholders and Executive teams
- Ability to successfully negotiate complex deals with customers and partners
- Motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented
- Strategic problem solving and well developed collaboration skills
