OYO Rooms - Head - Business Development

Key Job Responsibilities:

Building Supply :

- Responsible for meeting AOP Supply target for OYO Home in your Zone, and building sustainable supply channels for the business.

- Strategize and assign sellable rooms- acquisition targets to your Zone.

- Planning and building both qualities short-term and long-term supply for OYO Home in your zone.

Exploring New Opportunities :

- Identifying and building supply to expand OYO Home Business in new locations in your zone.

- Explore alliance opportunities with existing homestay providers in different locations in your zone.

Team Management :

- Manage of team of Area Supply Heads, and oversee the performance of entire Supply org at OYO Home in your zone.

- Drive the Supply team to achieve sellable rooms- acquisition targets every month.

- Chasing targets on a day to day basis

- Getting your hands dirty on the ground and meeting challenges head on.

- Building from scratch to scale and taking complete ownership of your domain.

What You'll Need :

- Leadership skills to manage direct and indirect resources and drive business

- Sound business judgment & strong stakeholder management skills

- Ability to take initiatives in a constantly changing work environment

- Strong communication and organizational skills

Skills:

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales and business development

- Should be focused and possess BD mindset.
