OYO Rooms - Finance Analyst/Business Finance Analyst

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 1-2 Years

Qualification: B.Tech / Commerce Undergrad (Only Tier 1 colleges)

Preference to candidates who have cleared finance exam like CFA level 1&2, FRM

Key Skill-set : R, SQL, Excel (Excel and SQL is must), PowerPoint

WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS :

- Partnership with leadership team across functions, surface insights and provide planning & P&L support

- Act as the running source of truth for numbers - Key performance and financial metrics

- Help us build scale efficiently in a fast moving & ever evolving environment by effective understanding of various businesses

- Publish daily/ weekly/ flash to business teams regarding performance and progress (actual vs plan)

- Enable the business teams to plan the actionable & operationalize the insights

- Self-starter and self-server: Ability to get the data we require and investigate it in order to help us make data-driven decisions

- Ability to innovate and automate: Ability to push boundaries beyond traditional forecasting. Be creative, codify knowledge and setup processes

- Excellent communication and people skills: Ability to communicate & work with people across functions
