Job Description - Operations & Quality Director, OYO SilverKey Job Title - Operations & Quality Director Department - Operations Reporting to - Business Head, OYO SilverKey Key Responsibilities - Build new capability for smaller inventory operations - Develop capability for recruiting and training staff suitable for running lower size inventory (&lt; 6 rooms) for corporate clientele - Work closely with OYO F&B team to develop capability for in-house F&B especially for properties with &lt;6 rooms Define, setup and ensure adherence to processes for overall smooth operations - Help develop learning programs and train ground staff to ensure good experience for core clientele for OYO SilverKey - corporate and business travelers - Develop robust process to ensure on-ground adherence of service standards, e.g., property hygiene, food quality, staff hygiene and uniform - Lead campaigns, projects in various hubs to ensure superior consumer experience - Ensure robust performance management of operations staff Key skills required - Exceptional problem solving and structuring skills - Process and data oriented mindset - Good communication and people skills with ability to manage various stakeholders at various levels - Will do- attitude with penchant for on-ground work and not just driving things from center Key Performance Indicators - NPS for each OYO SilverKey city - Opex cost per room per month for each SilverKey city Factors Influencing Hiring Decision Experience - Minimum 3 years of industry experience with preference for experience in Operations - Start-up experience preferable
