Do you : - Have a burning desire to induce change - Have an ability to walk through walls to get things done - Want to belong to a great entrepreneurial ecosystem - Then this role might be just for you Responsibilities: - Drive the end-to-end investment process,including building a pipeline of external opportunities, conducting industry research, determining strategic fit, driving valuation analyses, organizing due diligence, presenting recommendations to leadership teams and transaction execution - Identify, assess and execute potential investment and acquisition transactions. -Drive all stages of the investment process including origination, valuation, due diligence,transaction execution and integration - Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate opportunities, analysing the opportunity and presenting recommendations based on strategic fit, deal structure and transaction issues - Plan Oversee and own the overall integration process Qualifications : - Bachelors in engineering (preferable)/ Management Degree from Tier-1/2 colleges Ideal Fit: Consulting, Investment Banking, Strategy, FMCG, Entrepreneur and similar firms/roles Required Skills: - Prior experience in leading a team with strong business acumen - Experience in consulting and inherent hustle factor would be an advantage - Analytical frame of mind and a go getter attitude - Strong people leader who has the ability to drive things to create a huge impact
